Mark Winter

Mark Winter has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Mark began their career as an Audit Senior at Coopers & Lybrand, where they managed annual audits for various clients. Mark then moved on to Personnel Decisions International, where they held roles such as Manager of Financial Reporting and Controller, overseeing finance, tax, accounting, and reporting for multiple companies.

In 2002, Winter joined PDI Ninth House, A Korn Ferry Company, first as Vice President of Finance and later as Chief Financial Officer. In these positions, they led global finance teams, managed budgeting and tax processes, and implemented growth and profitability improvements.

Currently, Winter serves as the Chief Financial Officer at United Business Mail. In this role, they lead the finance, human resources, and administration departments, and utilizes EOS to enhance performance.

Mark Winter attended The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 1985 to 1990, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Accounting.
