Musa Shonde holds a B.Sc in Accounting and an M.Sc in Management from Lagos State University, complemented by ongoing education in Financial Analysis. Currently serving as the Group Head of Compliance at United Capital Plc since July 2025, Musa is responsible for developing AML/CFT compliance programs and operational policies across various financial sectors. Previous roles include Group Head of Internal Audit, Internal Control & Compliance at PanAfrican Capital Holdings Limited, and Head of Risk, Internal Audit, Control & Compliance at both Anchoria Asset Management and GTI Asset Management and Trust Ltd. Musa has extensive experience in regulatory compliance, transaction vetting, and internal audit practices, further supported by professional qualifications, including ACA, AAT, SEC Specialist, and currently pursuing CFA.
