Behavioral Health Specialists

The Behavioral Health Specialists team at UCP Heartland focuses on delivering evidence-based interventions and support to individuals with disabilities. Led by the Clinical Director and comprised of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Direct Care Staff, the team implements personalized behavioral strategies to enhance emotional well-being, social skills, and overall quality of life for clients. Their goal is to empower individuals to achieve greater independence and fully participate in their communities.
