Christy Andrews

Christy Andrews is a Civil Engineer currently employed at UCOR since April 2023 and has extensive experience in the construction and real estate sectors. Christy is an active member of the Knoxville Real Estate Investors Group, contributing to networking and collaboration among investors since 2018. As a manager and co-founder of WePi LLC and vice president and co-founder of PE Investors Corp, both established in 2017, Christy focuses on managing real estate projects both locally and nationally. Previously, Christy worked at Bechtel National Inc. from January 2009 to April 2023, serving as both a Civil Field Engineer and a Structural Design Engineer. Christy holds a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and has pursued additional education in Creative Financing through Elite Legacy Education and Fynanc Education from 2018 to 2019.
