David Barton

David Barton possesses extensive experience in executive communications, project integration, and digital engagement, currently serving in multiple roles at UCOR since August 2019, including Government & Stakeholder Relations. With a background as an Avionics Specialist at the Tennessee Air National Guard since November 2018 and a decade-long career in the United States Air Force, David has held diverse positions ranging from Logistics Manager to Maintenance Supervisor. In these roles, David demonstrated strong leadership in facilitating deployments, coordinating logistics, supervising maintenance operations, and ensuring compliance with safety practices and technical standards. David earned a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University, an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Avionics Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
