James Casey is a seasoned project manager currently serving at UCOR since January 2022, focusing on enterprise integration. Prior experience includes holding the position of Senior Civil Field Engineer at Bechtel Corporation from March 2020 to January 2022, and serving as a Project Field Engineer at Bilfinger Westcon from August 2018 to March 2020. Prior roles include Site Test Engineer/Weld Console Lead and Module/Containment Field Engineer at Fluor Corporation and Westinghouse Electric Company, respectively. James' career began with various field engineering and technical roles at Chicago Bridge & Iron and Brock Services Ltd., as well as early experience in customer service at The Home Depot. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology from East Tennessee State University, completed in 2012.

United Cleanup Oak Ridge is conducting major cleanup activities at the laboratory and the security complex as well as remedial activities. Their packaging, loading, shipping, and disposal of all waste from deactivation, demolition, and remediation activities. UCOR is deactivating and demolishing excess facilities, which includes remediatingcontaminated soil, water, and infrastructure.
