Joe Barletto

Joe Barletto, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the nuclear and chemical sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at UCOR since June 2024, Barletto previously held leadership roles at Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership, LLC, progressing from Project Integration Office Director to Director of Stabilization and Deactivation. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure at USEC Inc., where Barletto was the Plant Shift Superintendent and held various managerial positions overseeing operations and safety protocols. Barletto's career commenced in the US Navy as a Nuclear Machinist Mate ELT, focusing on nuclear power plant maintenance, and includes supervisory roles in manufacturing at Paco Pharmaceuticals. Education was completed at West Kentucky Community and Technical College from 1994 to 1996.
