Paul Scott

Paul Scott possesses extensive experience in project and program management within the environmental and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Waste Disposition Services and Integration Manager at URS | CH2M Oak Ridge (UCOR) since August 2011, Paul also holds the positions of ETTP D&D Enterprise Project Manager and Construction Project Manager, overseeing construction initiatives at ORNL and other Department of Energy Environmental Management support facilities. Previously, from April 2005 to August 2011, Paul worked as a Project Manager and Transportation and ES&H Manager at URS Corporation. Paul holds a Master's degree in Public Health from East Tennessee State University (1996-1997) and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of the Cumberlands (1991-1995).
