Rade Đukić

Rade Đukić serves as the Chief People Officer at United.Cloud since January 2021, following a significant tenure at Jaka Lounge as a Senior Consultant from January 2015 to January 2022. Prior experience includes a role as an Organizational Development Expert at Telenor from October 2012 to January 2021, where Rade led HR initiatives for digital business transformation and implemented agile methodologies. Rade also held positions as a Talent Development Expert and People Development Specialist at Telenor, focusing on performance management and training needs analysis. Earlier career stages included roles as HR Generalist and HR Assistant at Orion Telekom doo from July 2010 to October 2012. Rade holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from The University of Sheffield (2014-2016) and completed additional education at INSEAD and Telenor Academy in 2017 and 2015, respectively.
