Rebecca Shogren

Rebecca Shogren is an experienced operations manager at United Community Action Partnership, Inc., where employment began in May 2017. Prior to this role, Rebecca served as a Child and Family Educator at Heartland Community Action Agency and as an ECFE Teacher for Glencoe Silver Lake School District. Additional experience includes a role as a Developmental Programmer at MBW Company and as Lead Teacher at Minnesota Valley Action Council. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching and a certificate in Human Resources Generalist, both from the University of Minnesota.
