Wayde Rathgeber

Wayde Rathgeber has a wide range of work experience. Wayde started their career in 1978 as a folder adjustor at Sangamon Incorporated, where they worked until 1999. From 1995 to 2003, they also served as an Alderman for the City of Auburn, IL. In 1999, Rathgeber joined The Printing Center as the Director of Customer Service until 2004. In 2005, they became the Vice President of Retail at United Community Bancorp, where they managed a community bank branch and was responsible for various tasks including business and employee development, customer service, retail banking, and consumer lending. From 2009 to 2015, Rathgeber returned to the City of Auburn, IL, serving another term as an Alderman.Overall, Rathgeber's work experience showcases their expertise in customer service, retail banking, employee development, and community leadership.

Wayde Rathgeber completed their ABA Branch Manager Certification from the American Bankers Association. Their education in this field was accomplished before the year 2016. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, where they attended between the years 2003 and 2007.
