Austin Wood has over eight years of experience in the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Digital Banking Analyst at United Community Bank since August 2015, Austin has advanced through various roles, including Digital Banking Analyst, Contact Center Systems Administrator, and Contact Center Team Lead. Prior to this, Austin worked at Drake Software from August 2013 to August 2015 as a Customer Service Representative, where skills in customer service and technical support were developed.
