Brian Goff

Brian Goff has extensive experience in investment portfolio management and analysis. Brian is currently the Director of Portfolio Management at United Community Bank, a position they have held since August 2020. Prior to this, Brian worked at South State Bank as the Vice President - Investment Portfolio Manager from April 2017 to July 2020. In this role, they managed a $3 billion mortgage servicing rights asset and hedge, and had a proven track record of fixed income security purchases. Before that, Brian worked at AgFirst Farm Credit Bank where they held various roles including Director of Investments, Investment Manager, Lead Investment & Funding Analyst, Senior Investment & Funding Analyst, and Investment & Funding Analyst. Brian also has experience in accounting and project management as an intern at Schenker Logistics, Spain, and as an English Instructor at Nova Corporation.

Brian Goff completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Economics from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business in 2003. Brian further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained an International Master of Business Administration (IMBA) degree with a specialization in Finance, which they completed between 2005 and 2007.
