Lukischa Ramos

Lukischa Ramos has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2000 at La Causa as an Accounting Clerk until 2003, they then transitioned to Shorewest Realtors as a Real Estate Agent from 2004 to 2007. In 2008, they joined United Community Center, where they held various roles, including Human Resources Director until 2023 when they were promoted to Chief Operating Officer.

Lukischa Ramos earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from Upper Iowa University in 2009, followed by a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Cardinal Stritch University in 2013.
