Alex Meyers

Alex Meyers is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in law, music, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Staff Attorney at the United Community Housing Coalition, Alex focuses on eviction diversion and tenant representation in court. Prior roles include Assistant Director of Admissions and Diversity at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where Alex specialized in JD recruitment and diversity efforts, and a candidate for State Representative, highlighting environmental issues within the community. Alex's background also features musical roles as a Church Musician and entertainer, along with various positions in customer service and youth leadership. Alex holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Theatre from Central Michigan University.
