Anetha Prater

Anetha Prater is an experienced professional in network development and recruitment, currently serving as the Lead Network Development Specialist at United Concordia Dental since May 1998. In this role, Anetha manages recruitment projects, assigns tasks to team members, and ensures successful project completion. Prior to this, Anetha held positions as a Senior Network Development Specialist at United Concordia Dental, and as a Senior Professional Relations Representative at Safeguard Dental and American Dental Corporation, where responsibilities included contract negotiations, recruitment, service, and project team management. Anetha holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Alvin Junior College, completed between 1973 and 1975.
