Eric Greiner

Director, Project & Program Management at United Concordia Dental

Eric Greiner has more than 20 years of work experience in various roles related to operations and project management. Eric started their career as a Case Manager at First Colony Life Insurance Company in 1997. Eric then worked at GE Financial Assurance, where they held positions such as Business Analyst, IT Program Leader, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Operations Team Leader. In 2005, they became the Operations Director of Licensing at Genworth Financial. From 2006 to 2009, they served as the Operations Director of the Emergency Response Center at MEDEX Global Group. Since 2009, they have been with United Concordia Dental, where they initially worked as the Director of Government Business Operations and is currently serving as the Director of Project & Program Management. In their current role, Eric is responsible for overseeing various operational activities and leading projects related to United Concordia's government contracts.

Eric Greiner has a diverse educational background. Eric obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from the University of Lynchburg, which they attended from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they pursued Graduate Business studies at Virginia Tech from 2000 to 2001. Eric also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in History from Liberty University, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. In their earlier years, they pursued Computer Science studies at Pensacola Christian College from 1989 to 1992. Eric completed their high school education at Foxcroft Academy from 1984 to 1989. In addition to their formal education, Eric has obtained several certifications, including the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist and Certified SAFe® 5 Lean Portfolio Manager, both from Scaled Agile, Inc., in October 2021.
