Joseph Mullen

Joseph Mullen is an experienced professional in engineering and project management, currently serving as a Project Estimator at United Concrete Products, Inc. since January 2022. Prior to this role, Joseph worked as a Sales Engineer and Project Manager at LHV PRECAST INC from April 2018 to October 2021, and as a Line Service Technician at Signature Flight Support for nearly a year, where responsibilities included providing comprehensive aircraft services. Joseph began a career in engineering at The Archer Engineering Company as a CAD Technician, focusing on measuring and documenting structural conditions while supporting senior engineers in design processes.
