Jason Kamp

Jason Kamp, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jason is currently the Director of People Operations at United Construction Company. Prior to this, they worked as the HR Manager at Ayr Wellness Inc., Inc. Authority, LLC / Nevada Corporate Headquarters, and Atlantis Casino Resort Spa. Jason also has experience as a Principle-Coach/Consultant at Cognitions Coaching and Consulting Services and as an Organizational Development Consultant at KECdesign. Additionally, they have held roles such as Veteran Success Training Coordinator at Red Rocks Community College, Organizational Development Consultant | Coach at Art of War Project, and Executive Coach-Contract at Samurai Success, Inc. Early in their career, Jason worked as a Project Manager at MasterTech Services, Inc. where they successfully managed multiple big-ticket projects and supervised a team of 20 superintendents.

Jason Kamp, SHRM-CP, holds a Master of Professional Studies (MPS) degree in Organizational Development and Learning from the University of Denver. Jason completed their studies in this field in 2017. Prior to that, Jason obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Administration of Justice/Sociology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 2000. In February 2020, they achieved certification as a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
