Bo Crols

Bo Crols has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as Recruitment Manager at United Consulting since September 2016. In this role, Bo manages recruitment processes for a consultancy group focusing on Finance, HR, and Supply Chain. Previously, Bo worked as an HR Consultant at United HR, supporting various clients in recruitment and other HR functions for four years. Early career experiences include roles as a Recruiter at Netwerk, an HR Trainee at Borealis, and an HR Assistant at t-groep, all contributing to a solid foundation in recruitment and HR practices. Bo holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from KU Leuven and a Professional Bachelor in Applied Psychology from Thomas More University of Applied Sciences.
