Maria Smirnova

Maria Smirnova serves as the Organization Development and Human Resources Director at United Credit Bureau since January 2022. Previously, Maria held the position of Head of Human Resources at 220 Вольт from 2019 to 2021, and served as an adviser to the Chairman of the management Board at BANK between 2017 and 2019. Additionally, Maria was the HR Director at Bank of Saint Petersburg from January 2009 to April 2017. Maria's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Resources Management from Graduate School of Management St. Petersburg State University, an MBA in International Business from the International Management Institute, and studies at INSEAD, University of Michigan, and Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University.
