Rijo M John has extensive experience in procurement and hospitality, currently serving as a Procurement Officer at United Development Company since January 2011, after progressing from Assistant Procurement Officer. Prior roles include Purchasing Clerk and F&B Associate at Renaissance Dubai Hotel from March 2005 to January 2011, and F&B Associate at Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel from December 2001 to December 2003. Rijo also started a career as a Co-Operative Sales Person at MetLife India Insurance in early 2004. Educational qualifications include a Foundation Diploma in Purchasing & Supply from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (2012-2014) and a Diploma in Hotel Management from Consult Inn Institute of Hotel Management, Kottayam, Kerala (1998-1999), along with a Pre Degree in Mathematics from Mahatma Gandhi University, St. Stephen's College Uzhavoor (1996-1998).
