Cesar Rossignoli

Cesar Rossignoli has held various roles in the construction industry since 1998. Cesar started as a Cost Accountant at Calprop Corporation in 1998 and then moved to ASW Realty Partners in 2003 as Controller. In 2005, they moved to SRG Investments as Chief Financial Officer. From 2006 to 2022, they held various roles at Desert Shore Construction, including Director of Finance & Operations, Financial Controller, and Construction General Manager. Currently, they are the VP of Construction Operations at United Dwelling.

Cesar Rossignoli holds a MBA in General Management from the University of Phoenix and a BA in International Business from California State University, Fullerton. Cesar also holds certifications in Construction Project Management from California State University-Dominguez Hills and General Building Contractor from the Contractors State License Board.
