Cynthia R. R. Cook

Cynthia R. R. Cook serves as the Associate Vice President of Risk Management at United Educators since November 2013, where responsibilities include budget and operational leadership for the risk management department and alignment of corporate and functional strategies. Previous roles at United Educators include Director of Learning Programs and Services and IDEA Chair, focusing on the strategy for liability and skills-based training, as well as Director of Risk Management Technology Services and Manager of Learning Technology. Prior experience includes positions as Manager of Group Programs & LMS at the National Automobile Dealers Association and Manager of Distance Education at the Heart Rhythm Society. Cynthia holds an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business and a BA in American Politics and History from the University of Virginia.
