James Bagley

James Bagley is currently the CEO at United Electric Cooperative, with previous experience as CEO at Raccoon Valley Electric Cooperative and Glidden REC. James also served as the Director of Substation Operations at Sho-Me Power Electric Cooperative. Prior to their cooperative roles, James worked as a Technician at the United States Department of Energy and as an Interior Communications Electrician in the United States Navy, where James served in submarine service. Bagley holds an MBA in Business Strategy and a BS in Business Management from Drury University.
