Cui Hong Chen

Cui Hong Chen is a seasoned geologist with extensive experience in oil and gas exploration and production. Currently serving as a Senior Geologist at United Energy Group Limited since April 2017, Cui focuses on the Iraq Block 9 project and various initiatives related to well location optimization and geological modeling. Previous roles include Petrel Global Support Engineer at Schlumberger, where responsibilities encompassed real-time drilling support and geological modeling, and Production Geologist at Shell, specializing in geological modeling and reserve reporting for the ChangBei Project. With a career initiated in geoscience at Sinopec Zhongyuan Petroleum Co., Ltd., Cui holds a Master's Degree in Production Engineering from China University of Petroleum and a Bachelor's Degree from China University of Geoscience.
