Troy Kelly

Troy Kelly currently serves as the Director at United Energy Trading LLC since October 2023. Prior to this role, Troy held the position of Vice President for Rockies at CIMA ENERGY, LTD. from June 2016 to July 2023 and served as VP of West Gas Marketing at Twin Eagle between August 2013 and May 2016. Troy's earlier experience includes managing director roles at Enserco Energy Inc. and various positions at Concord Energy LLC and Enserco Energy. Troy began the professional journey at Aquila, where titles included Senior Storage Trader and Trader. Troy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, graduating in 1991.
