William Burton

William Burton has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of industries. William most recently served as the President of United Energy Workers Healthcare starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal at Libero Management from September 2022 to March 2023.

Before that, William held multiple roles at BrightView, including Chief Strategy Officer from December 2021 to September 2022, and Chief of Staff & Vice President of Operations from May 2020 to December 2021. William also participated in the Operating Executive | CXO Program at Shore Capital Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity firm, from May 2020 to September 2022.

William gained experience in investment banking as an Investment Banking Summer Associate at J.P. Morgan in 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations at DaVita Medical Group, overseeing primary care, pediatrics, and gastroenterology from January 2017 to July 2018.

William started their career as a Senior Analyst on the Corporate Strategy Team at DaVita Kidney Care from September 2014 to January 2017. William also spent time volunteering as a Representative for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from January 2009 to December 2010.

William Burton attended Brigham Young University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Chemistry. William then furthered their education by attending The Wharton School from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Health Care Management and Finance.
