Echo Zhang has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Echo started their career in 2007 as a Training Manager at New Century International Children's Hospital. Echo then worked as an HR Manager at New Century International Children's Hospital & New Century Women's and Children's Hospital from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they joined United Family Healthcare where they held various roles such as Learning and Development Manager and eventually became the Director of Learning and Development. In this role, they were responsible for setting the strategic direction, organizing resources, implementing programs, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning activities across the UFH system.
Echo Zhang earned a Master's degree in Psychology from Peking University from 2015 to 2018. Echo also holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education Management from China Women's University, which they completed from 2000 to 2004. In addition, they obtained certification as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from The Co-Active Training Institute in 2019.
