Brett Yeske

Brett Yeske has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the agriculture and environmental industries. Brett started their career at Northsone Power Corp. as a Project Manager, overseeing the construction of a gas-fired power plant. Brett then worked at LBY Management Ltd. as a Project Manager, providing consulting services to clients in the environmental and electrical energy sectors. Brett later joined Cirrus Environmental Services Inc. as the Director of Engineering and Technical Services, where they managed environmental assessment and remediation projects. In 2006, they joined United Farmers of Alberta Co-operative Limited, holding various roles such as Director of Environment, Health and Safety, Director of Marketing & Supply, and Director of Rural Markets. Brett also served as the Director of Farm & Ranch Structures and Director of Product Strategy in the Commercial Agribusiness division at UFA. Their responsibilities included strategic planning, leadership, and managing product offerings and sales teams. Overall, Brett Yeske has a diverse range of experience in leadership and strategy development in the agriculture and environmental sectors.

Brett Yeske has a strong educational background in Chemical Engineering. Brett obtained a Master of Applied Science (M.A.Sc.) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo in 1994-1995. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in the same field from the University of Waterloo between 1988 and 1993. Apart from their formal education, Brett Yeske has also acquired additional certifications. Brett holds an Atman Certification Level 1 from AtmanCo, obtained in September 2021. Brett is also a registered Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) with The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
