Karen Justice

Karen Justice has extensive experience in the financial sector, beginning as a Loan Processor and later a Loan Officer at Arkansas Best Federal Credit Union from 1992 to 2001, where responsibilities included reviewing loan applications and preparing documentation. Karen then served as an Indirect Buyer at Superior Federal Bank from 2001 to 2003, managing loan application processing and fostering relationships with auto dealerships in Arkansas and Oklahoma. Since October 2003, Karen has been with United Federal Credit Union, progressing from Member Service Advisor to Assistant Branch Manager. In these roles, responsibilities have included coaching staff, overseeing daily operations, and assisting members with accounts and loan products, demonstrating a strong knowledge of credit union services and banking regulations. Education includes attendance at the University of Lending in Chicago, IL, and Westark Community College.
