T.j. Vernieri

T.J. Vernieri has accumulated significant coaching experience in professional and collegiate football, currently serving as the Tight Ends/Wide Receivers Coach for the Memphis Showboats in the United Football League since January 2024. Previously, Vernieri held the position of Wide Receivers Coach at Gannon University and served as the Tight Ends Coach/Offense Quality Control for the New Orleans Breakers in the United States Football League. Additional roles include Running Backs Coach and Global Draft Coordinator with the Calgary Stampeder Football Club, and Wide Receivers Coach at Lycoming College. Vernieri began coaching as a Student Assistant at the University of Connecticut, where also participated as a Student Athlete and Student Manager. Education was completed at the University of Connecticut from August 2015 to December 2018.
