Lorraine Salloum has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Lorraine is currently working as the Chief Strategy Officer for Seek Lifestyle Group at United for Care, where they support the Group CEO in driving strategy development and key strategic initiatives. Lorraine's previous experience includes roles at the Department of Family and Community Services (NSW), NSW Treasury, Workers Compensation Commission NSW, NSW Department of Communities and Justice, NSW Ethnic Affairs Commission, and WorkCover NSW. Lorraine held senior leadership positions with responsibilities ranging from organizational development and talent management to people strategy formulation and workforce initiatives implementation.

Lorraine Salloum GAICD has a diverse education history that spans several years. In 1999, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Professional Development from Australian Catholic University. In 2007 and 2008, they attended the Institute of Arbitration and Mediation Australia and earned a Professional Certificate in Mediation.

In 2010, Lorraine pursued studies at the University of New England (AU), focusing on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Later, in 2011, they obtained their National Mediator Accreditation from the Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators Australia. Additionally, they received the Certified Professional designation from the Australian HR Institute in the same year.
