Darlene Moreno

Darlene Moreno is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, civic engagement, and community organizing. Currently serving as Project and Partnerships Manager at WorkIt Labs since July 2021, Darlene focuses on leveraging technology to support labor rights. Previously, as Civic Engagement Program Manager at NALEO Educational Fund, impactful training on Census operations was facilitated for over 500 leaders, alongside monitoring congressional policies. Darlene's experience also includes grassroots organizing with SBCC, Thrive LA, and teaching English as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Armenia. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in History from UC Santa Barbara and international studies at Université Lumière Lyon 2.
