Nico Rei McMillan is a professional football player for Stallion Laguna FC and an Operations and Partnerships Manager at Artemis Connection. With prior experience as a Financial Education Intern at Brighton Jones, where a financial education course for clients' children was developed, and as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research, assisting in an economics course, Nico contributed as an Undergraduate Research Fellow for Professor Annamaria Lusardi. As a student-athlete at Stanford University, Nico was a varsity men's soccer player while also serving as a camp instructor, coaching youth. Additionally, the role of Mind Over Money Program Coordinator involved enhancing student engagement and financial wellness programming. Nico's foundational soccer development occurred as a player in the Seattle Sounders Academy, participating in the U-14 and U-16 US Youth National Team and winning the 2018 Generation Adidas Cup. Education was completed at Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, following a period at Bellevue College and earning a high school diploma with an IB Certificate from Renton High School.
