Hal Empey has extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently, Hal serves as an Affiliate at United Games since September 2016, focusing on enhancing donor engagement for charities and implementing self-funding employee benefit programs for businesses. Prior to this, Hal was a Partner at Diversified Management Group LC from 1999 to 2009 and played a significant role as a Founding Partner at POPTEL from 1995 to 1998. Hal co-founded MowiWowi Smoothies in 1995 and was the Founder and President of Benchmark Enterprises from 1990 to 1995. Hal's career in management began at Tupperware, where Hal held the position of President for Tupperware Europe from 1984 to 1987. Hal's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business and Education from Long Beach State, alongside military service in the US Army and education at Brigham Young University.
