Dave Jolie

David Jolie serves as the Vice President of Manufacturing at UNITED GILSONITE LABORATORIES (UGL®) since August 2017, overseeing the production of water proofing products and stains. Prior to this role, David held the position of Director of Operations at CPG International LLC, managing operations for a $600MM business in the building products market. David's extensive experience includes serving as Executive Director of Operations at Sunshine Minting, Inc. and Division Manager & Director of Operations at Pyrotek, where oversight spanned multiple manufacturing facilities and product lines. Earlier career positions include Operations Manager at John Deere and Production Unit Manager at Metso Automation. David holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, an MBA from Strayer University, a Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University, and training in Demand Flow Technology from JCIT International.
