Jason Monastra

Jason Monastra's work experience includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder of United Global Technologies, a technology service integrator experiencing significant growth. Prior to that, they took a personal sabbatical to finalize the outcome of a previous company and develop the strategic plan for UGT. Jason also worked at HCRP as a Partner, managing a multi-million dollar staffing company with a focus on shared services. Additionally, they held a managerial role at TMP Worldwide, where they oversaw consulting activities, achieved top sales performance, and expanded the business service portfolio.
