Kris Perez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process management and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Process Manager at Docutech® since April 2022, Kris oversees the quality of client experiences through the administration of document management systems and leads the review of operational standards. Previously, Kris held a contract role as IT Vendor Manager at Idaho National Laboratory, managing outsourced IT services and vendor relationships. Prior to that, Kris contributed to Docutech® in various roles from 2004 to 2021, including Technical Liaison, Director of Account Management, and Client Relationship Manager, where responsibilities encompassed client onboarding, issue resolution, and team management. Kris completed education at Skyline High School from 1988 to 1991.
