Debra Trueman - Shrm-Cp

Debra Trueman, SHRM-CP, PHR, currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at United Group Services, Inc. since March 2024. Previously, Debra held the position of Senior Manager, Human Resources at Legrand, North America from February 2022 to February 2024 and was the Head of Human Resources for HEF Groupe North America from March 2021 to February 2022. Debra's extensive experience in human resources also includes roles at The Bradford Hammacher Group spanning nearly a decade, where Debra progressed from Manager to Director of Human Resources. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at Lowe's Companies, Inc. and various positions at Concentrix. Debra earned an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business between September 2020 and May 2022, with additional education from Xavier University.
