Hoda Kemp

Hoda Kemp has over 30 years of work experience in executive coaching, operations and strategy, operations management, executive production, and CEO roles.

Hoda is currently working as an Executive Coach at UP.Partners since 2022.

From 2016 to the present, Hoda has been the Managing Director of Operations and Strategy at United Growth. In this role, they have provided executive advisory services and facilitated strategic planning for organizations, helping them improve leadership capacity and organizational effectiveness.

Hoda also worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Direct Commerce from July 2018 to the present. In this position, they oversaw global expansion, redefined the company's brand and presence in the market, and led efforts in marketing, public relations, and business development.

Hoda is also an Executive Producer at SYSPK (AudioUp Media) since 2022.

From 1997 to the present, Hoda has held various roles at Leading Edge Consulting and Training. As the CEO, they have specialized in strategic diversity management and helped executives build effective relationships to increase innovation and customer satisfaction. Hoda has also provided executive coaching services to teams for greater organizational impact. Additionally, they served as a Board Advisor and Celebrity Advisor for high net worth individuals and family offices.

Before that, Hoda worked as the Director of Training, Operations, and Administration, as well as an Executive Coach, at Lessonware (ProStaff Search LLC) from 1992 to 1997. Hoda was responsible for creating and building an executive training company and trained company leaders on the use of technology.

Hoda'searly work experience includes the role of Training Specialist at Deluxe Corporation from 1988 to 1992, where they focused on new business development and customer service training with a focus on ROI measurement.

Hoda Kemp has a Bachelor's Degree in Training and Development from the University of Minnesota. Hoda also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business from the University of St. Thomas. The specific years of enrollment are not provided for either degree.
