Kevin Kawashita

Kevin Kawashita has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Kevin started their career as the President of the Undergraduate Real Estate Club in 2005. In 2006, they worked as a Sales Analyst at Kilpatrick & Company Real Estate Investment Brokerage. From 2007 to 2008, they worked in Acquisitions at Lakeside Investments.

In 2008, Kevin joined EBALDC as a Project Manager, where they led acquisitions of development opportunities and managed financing for various projects. Notable projects include Swans Market in Old Oakland and Lillie Mae Jones Plaza in Richmond. Kevin also worked as a consultant for the East Oakland Youth Development Center.

From 2012 to 2018, Kevin worked as a Resident Manager at GreenTree Property Management Co. In 2014, they joined Veritas Investments, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager Consultant and later became the Development Manager.

Currently, Kevin is working at United Growth, where they started as the Director of Development in 2018. Kevin was promoted to the role of VP of Development in February 2021.
