Mark Freeman

Mark Freeman currently serves as the Head of Purchasing for Heavy Build at United Hardware since October 2023. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Commercial Director for Ireland at MP Moran from November 2022 to September 2023. Mark has extensive experience at Haldane Fisher, where roles included Group Purchasing Director for Building & Lightside, Director of Building Materials, Purchasing Manager for Building Materials, Branch Manager, Internal Sales, and Counter Sales over a 30-year tenure from February 1992 to October 2022. Mark holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Independent Merchant Leadership and Strategy from Birmingham City University, earned between 2017 and 2018, and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Engineering from North Down & Ards College of Further Education, completed from 1989 to 1991. Early education was received at Gransha Boys High School from 1984 to 1989.
