Lauren Butcher

Lauren Butcher is a seasoned Change Manager with extensive experience in change management across various industries. Currently serving at United Infrastructure Ltd since July 2025, Lauren previously held the position of Change Management Specialist at Anglo American from August 2022 to August 2025, focusing on enhancing change management capability and establishing a Centre of Excellence. At Anglian Water Services from July 2017 to August 2022, Lauren led change management strategies for system upgrades and conducted significant training for field teams. Early career roles include Change Analyst and IMR Planning Co-Ordinator at Anglian Water, as well as Customer Service Advisor at Lloyds Bank. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from the University of Lincoln.
