Amy Feskanich

Amy Feskanich has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Amy began their career as a District Executive/Exploring Executive for the Boy Scouts of America in 1997. Amy then went on to work as the Manager of Operations at Credentialling Corp., LLC. in 1999. Amy joined The Home Depot in 2000 as a Human Resources Store Manager and later became a Six Sigma Black Belt. From 2005 to 2006, they served as an Executive Team Leader, Human Resources at Target. Amy then transitioned to Corporate College in 2006, where they worked as a Program Manager/Consultant for the Leadership Institute. In 2007, they became the Continuous Improvement Director at Oatey Company. After leaving Oatey, Amy worked as a self-employed Consultant specializing in organizational development, human resources, and business process improvement. In 2010, they joined Process Excellence Systems, Inc. as an Agent, offering Lean solutions to businesses of all sizes. Since 2012, Amy has been employed at United Initiators, initially serving as the Human Resources Manager for the USA, then as the Human Resources Director for the Americas, and currently as the Head of Human Resources for the Americas, overseeing global HR initiatives. Overall, Amy has a strong background in HR leadership and has proven herself to be skilled in developing effective HR strategies and managing change within organizations.

Amy Feskanich holds a BS in Political Science from Cleveland State University and an M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from Ohio University.
