Elspeth Rance

Elspeth Rance currently serves as the Personal Assistant to the COO at United International Pictures, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Elspeth worked as an Office Manager at Zenzero and as an Associate Project Manager at Small Planet Group. Earlier experience includes a consultancy role as a Digital Learning Assistant at Bond UK and multiple positions at SMi Group, where Elspeth advanced from Event Executive to Senior Event Executive. Elspeth also gained valuable skills as a Receptionist at Greenwich Students' Union, where responsibilities included frontline communications and budget management, and as an Events Manager at RANT Events Ltd, overseeing venue management and event logistics. Elspeth began a career in support roles in the Purchasing Department at Vienna International School. Elspeth holds a BA Hons in Events Management from the University of Greenwich and an International Baccalaureate from Vienna International School.
