Sara Chemello currently serves as the CFO and Director at United Italian Societies since January 2024. Previously, Sara has held various roles at Morgan Stanley, starting as an Equity Research Intern and advancing to an Incoming Equity Research Analyst. Additional experience includes a Strategy Consulting Internship at Monitor Deloitte and leadership roles at the Global Research and Consulting Group at Kellogg, where Sara was Project Lead and Insights Analyst. Sara has also contributed as a Research Assistant at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and completed a Private Wealth Management Internship at Goldman Sachs. Earlier positions involved serving as Talent and Outreach Officer at OLLMOO and holding leadership roles within the UCL Investment Society. Sara's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy, Politics and Economics with Social Data Science from UCL and a Year Abroad Program in Economics, Political Science, and Computer Science at Northwestern University.

United Italian Societies (UIS) was instituted with the intent of harmonizing Italian university societies in synergetic projects with political and corporate institutions, to showcase and connect Italian excellence with emerging talent, as well as facilitating communication between institutions and student body on key topics in the pursuit of balanced innovation and mentorship. The organisation is a community-building opportunity for students, offering support for the London and broader UK based Italian community in adapting, learning and growing in an uncertain political and social framework, with open-mindedness rooted in a terrain of shared cultural values. We are a continuation of the efforts of the ISSN, from which we take inspiration when looking at the future.
