Federica Ronco

Federica Ronco is a seasoned professional in the field of fundraising and humanitarian engagement, currently serving as Senior Manager of Individual Giving at UK for UNHCR since January 2024. Prior to this role, Federica held various positions at The Charity for Civil Servants, including Head of Individual Giving and Legacies and Donor Acquisition Manager. Federica's extensive experience at Oxfam spanned ten years, during which roles included Marketing Manager and multiple marketing and communication positions focused on regular giving and DRTV. Earlier experience includes a Community Development Internship with Global Vision International in South Africa. Federica holds a Diploma in Fundraising from the Institute of Fundraising and advanced degrees in Disaster Management from Kingston University and Communication from the University of Studies and the University of Western Piedmont A. Avogadro.
