Matthew Connard

Matthew Connard is a seasoned human resources professional with over two decades of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at United Land Services since January 2022, Matthew provides high-level project support to the Vice President of Human Resources and contributes to the development and maintenance of policies and procedures. Prior to this role, Matthew was the Human Resources Manager for Compensation & Recruiting at the Jacksonville Transportation Authority from June 2002 to January 2022, where responsibilities included project support to the Human Resources Director. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from West Virginia University, earned between 1995 and 2000.
