Joann King

JoAnn King possesses extensive experience in ethics, internal audit, human resources, and employee development, primarily within the aerospace and claims management sectors. Since April 2007, JoAnn has served as an Ethics Officer at ULA - United Launch Alliance, focusing on fostering an ethical corporate culture and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Prior roles include Internal Audit Specialist, where JoAnn managed the Annual Internal Audit Schedule and led initiatives for cultural improvement, and Sr. Human Resources Representative, successfully overseeing HR project management for a joint venture. Earlier experience includes positions at RICOMP Claims Management Corporation, where JoAnn administered Workers’ Compensation programs, and VPA, where customized training programs were developed. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Secondary Education from Northern State University and additional training at UC Irvine.
